Pasley-Tyler: our story

Water colour painting by A A Fletcher

The origins of the Pasley-Tyler name date from the 18th Century, when Admiral Sir Thomas Paisley (1734 - 1808), dropped the ' i ' from his surname in tribute to Admiral Lord Nelson who had lost his right eye whilst attempting to capture Corsica.

The idea for a very private business club serving senior executives from around the world was developed by our Chief Executive, Robert Pasley-Tyler during his career in Kleinwort Benson.

The club opened in 1996 and quickly became renowned as London's most private House for financiers and industrialists.

Today, the House offers an unrivaled range of services from private dining, meeting facilities and managed offices, to advisory services, executive assistant support and concierge assistance.

To the best of our knowledge, this is the only house of its type in the world.
