
Marco Steri was born and raised in Sardinia.
Aged thirteen, Marco left home to become an apprentice chef on Sardinia's Costa Smeralda; training at many of the area's 5* hotels.
In 1993, Marco left Sardinia for London and Paris and took up a number of senior positions in Michelin-starred restaurants, including the world renowned Le Gavroche, the River Café and Maxim's
Since 1998, Marco has been our Head Chef overseeing what many Chairman and Chief Executives regard as one of the finest private dining rooms in London. He combines his position at Pasley-Tyler with his own successful business that his seen him cook for a number of high profile figures including members of the Royal Family and leading politicians.
