Membership of London's foremost private members' business club

Pasley-Tyler is a private members' meeting and dining club, designed exclusively for senior business figures.

Members are able to dine and meet with people to whom privacy is of the utmost importance.

Membership is granted either as an 'Individual' or as a 'Corporate'. Typically, 'Corporate' membership is taken by the most senior board directors in an organisation and often widened to include non-executive directors who occasionally require a private location in which to dine and hold meetings.

Membership allows those elected, access to the House and its services whenever it is required. Typically, this includes the reservation of private studies and dining facilities, as well as access to services such as a private mail box, telephone number and the use of an Executive Assistant. Members can also avail themselves of our Advisory Services on matters such as company formations, due diligence, bookkeeeping and tax.

On occasion, Members use No. 42 as a 'safe house' ostensibly for mergers and acquisitions. Under the direction of former Merchant Bankers, our staff understand the demands and complexities of such transactions. To the best of our knowledge, we are the only House of our kind in the world.

Membership is by invitation. However, speculative applications are considered and are added to the waiting list.
